Sister Wives star Janelle Brown has been showing everyone that she is happy and healing. Still, she struggles with the memories of her late son, Garrison Brown. She tries hard to suppress her emotions in front of everyone. But the TLC star frequently uses social media to express her actual feelings after losing her precious son.
Recently, Janelle took to Instagram to share her true emotions. She posted a picture of a delicious Strawberry Rhubarb she made on Mother’s Day and expressed how she spent the day with grief and Rhubarb. The TLC star said, “Mother’s Day was surprisingly emotional for me.” Janelle revealed that the day was never a holiday for her as her kids always showed up and made her feel special every day.

She continued, “Especially since they became independent adults and weren’t home all the time.” Unfortunately, this Mother’s Day was very different for her. The TLC star admitted, “All weekend I felt the grief so close to the surface.” Moreover, her grief became more poignant when she made the pie.
Janelle went ahead to explain that the pie was destined after she found the Rhubarb at a local farmer’s market while picking strawberries. Further, she added, “Strawberry Rhubarb is a huge favorite at our house and maybe no one loved it more than Garrison.” Janelle ended her post by expressing how much she missed Garrison and that made the pie a little bittersweet.

However, they also felt that finding the rhubarb unexpectedly was a sign that her son was still giving her gifts. One fan said, “The pie is beautiful Janelle and I have no doubts that he was with you when you found the rhubarb and made this.”
Meanwhile, others were sending prayers for Janelle’s son and hoping she would cope with loss.
